Mie Plotnikof

Mie Plotnikof is an associate professor in the research unit of Education Policy, Governance, and Administration, Department of Education Science, Aarhus University, Denmark. Her research focuses on tensions between dominating med marginal organizational discourses and their often contradicting manifestations in managerial and professional practices. She is particularly interested in issues of meaning negotiations, identity work, dis/organizing and norm-critique. Mie is a member of the ephemera editorial collective.
