Martyna Śliwa is a Reader in International Management at Essex Business School, University of Essex.
In recent years, Martyna's research interests have been evolving around professional identities; the use of literary fiction in studying organizations; philosophy of management and organization; migration and transnationalism in the context of contemporary knowledge workers; internationalisation- and globalisation-driven changes in higher education; and critical management education.
